favoriser l'application et la vulgarisation des realisations témoignant d'un esprit inventif; faire connaitre par des moyens appropriés les inventeurs et innovateurs qui ont obtenus des resultats remarquables et les organisations et les particuliers qui ont soutenu et subventionné des activités d'invention et création;
